Campaign Factory ensures that email newsletters and marketing is done properly. We take spam seriously and hate it ourselves, unpersonalised mass-marketing, with all its tricks and manipulation, has no place on the internet... maybe still television.
What do we define as spam? Bulk emails sent to recepients that have not given you direct permission to contact you in to regards to the topic of the email.
What is allowed?
By using Campaign Factory, you agree that all your email list was derived from the following means:
- An email newsletter subscription box
- An opt-in checkbox on email registration forms
- Any offline means of collecting email address that only involves a survey,
At any point, if an email address has been unsubcripted you must not send any more emails unless regarding a completely seperate topic.
What is not allowed?
Sending email that has been obtained with out direct permission from the email owner as expressed above.
Your Free Trial includes?
Our free trial period shall not be abused. Companies or individuals must only subscribe to the service once, test the software and make an evalution on it's future use.
Mulitple registrations will not be tolerated.
Rights we reserve?
We reserve all rights to the application, emails sent, credits, membership access and individual/company usage. At anytime Digerati Solutions staff on behalf of Campaign Factory can disable a user and it's future use. In regards to anti-spam, we hold all rights to cease a membership and refund credits if the member does not comply to our Anti-Spam Policy as deemed by Digerati Solutions Pty Limited.
